7. Safety
Only qualified contractors should carry out installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of the appliance.

We guarantee trouble-free operation and operational reliability only if the original accessories and spare parts intended for
the appliance are used.

observe all applicable national and regional regulations and instructions.
When installing the appliance in rooms with a bath and/or shower, observe the safety zone in accordance with the details
on the type plate.

9. Preparing for installation
9.1 installation conditions and preparations
cAution injury
install the appliance out of the reach of children.
º Never install this appliance on or below combustible materials.
º Never install the appliance directly below a socket.
º Install the appliance only on the wall or ceiling.
º Observe the specified minimum clearances (see chapter "Specification / Dimensions"). This appliance gives off radiated
heat. Therefore ensure that there are no objects between the appliance and the person or objects to be heated, such as
furniture, for example.
º Wood ceilings may become hot even if the minimum clearances are observed. Dark spots or fine shrinkage cracks on
wooden ceilings may therefore occur.
9.2 electrical connection
WARning electrocution
carry out all electrical connection and installation work in accordance with relevant regulations.
We recommend a dedicated fuse for this appliance (see chapter "Specification / Data table").
observe the type plate. the specified voltage must match the mains voltage.
WARning electrocution
only use a permanent 5-pole three-phase connection to the power supply.
the appliance must be able to be separated from the mains power supply by an isolator that disconnects all poles with
at least 3 mm contact separation.
equip the supplying power circuit of the appliance with an Rcd (nominal earth leakage current ≤ 30 mA).
