"C32" FUEL INJECTOR CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION

DETECTED CONDITION
CKP signals produced but fuel injector signal is
interrupted continuous by 2 times or more.
INSPECTION
Step 1
1) Remove the frame cover. (#7-18)
2) Turn the ignition switch OFF.
3) Check the injector coupler 1 for loose or poor contacts.
If OK, then measure the injector resistance.
4) Disconnect the injector coupler and measure the resistance
between terminals.
$ Injector resistance: 10 – 18 Ω Ω Ω Ω at 20 °C (68 °F)
5) If OK, then check the continuity between each terminal and
ground.
$ Injector continuity: ∞ ∞ ∞ ∞ Ω Ω Ω Ω (Infinity)
! 09900-25008: Multi circuit tester set
% Tester knob indication: Resistance (Ω Ω Ω Ω )
Is the resistance OK?
YES Go to Step 2
NO Replace the Injector with a new one. (#5-16)

(Terminal – Ground)

POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Injector circuit open or short.
• Injector malfunction.
• ECM malfunction.
