Maintenance, Cleaning and Storing

The safety valve (8) of the trolley jack is adjusted by factory to make sure that
maximum load of 1.8 T is not exceeded. The trolley jack will not lift up heavier
load. Never adjust this valve. Adjustments have to be made by hydraulic
professional services only.
Fill in oil, if only the hydraulic is lowered. Please note: Too much oil will stop the
function. Use only hydraulic oil. Never use brake fluid or other liquids. Check the
trolley jack before and after each use if there is oil leakage.
All moving parts have to be lubricated regularly. Use only acid-free lubricants.
Do not store the trolley jack outdoors and keep it away from moisture, cold and
heat. Lower the trolley jack completely before storing it.
When using the trolley jack for the first time after long storing period, first remove
dirt and than lubricate all moving parts with an oily cloth or spray.
