TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The device does not
work.
The device runs
through and does not
turn off any more, the
display lights up red
continuously.
The device does not
remove any odours.
The dirt is not remo-
ved from the air and
the device runs very
loudly.
Possible cause and solution
Check whether the plug is firmly plugged into
the socket. Plug it in again to be on the safe side.
Check that the left and right covers are attached.
If not, turn off the device, install the covers, and
turn the device on again after 15 minutes.
Interferences are disturbing the device. Unplug
the device and turn it on again 15 minutes later.
The activated charcoal filter or the device is dirty.
Clean the activated carbon filter or replace it
with a new filter.
The HEPA filter is dirty. Clean the HEPA filter or
replace it with a new filter.
The dirt is not being caught by the filters. Move
the device to another room and let the fan
run at high speed to test whether there is a
malfunction.
The room might be too big to purify the air
effectively.
