Please note the following safety advice to avoid malfunction, damage

Keep the unit out of the range of children; it contains small
parts which might be swallowed.
Do not expose the unit to excessive temperatures, strong vibra-
tion or excessive humidity. Avoid exposing the unit to mechani-
cal stress.
Do not use abrasives to clean the unit. Use a moist cloth at the
utmost. If the LC-Display of the calculator discolours under pres-
sure, this is no reason for concern. The discoloration will disap-
pear after some time.

Changing the Battery
1. Unscrew the four screws with a suitable
screwdriver and remove the back lid.
2. Use the tip of the screwdriver to push out
the battery form the holder. Do not touch the
circuit board (PCB).
3. Insert a new battery with the same dimen-
sions into the holder. The +pole has to be
face up.
4. Place the lid on the housing and tighten the
screws.
