Before first Use
Make sure all parts of the beach umbrella are working properly and are
not bend before unfolding and using the unit.
Assembly and use
1. Open the beach umbrella by sliding the runner
towards the tip.
2. Engage the spring latch properly with a click
sound. Be careful not to squeeze your fingers!
3. Hook the three reinforcing rods as shown in the
picture to the right.
4. Set up the beach umbrella.
5. Insert the beach umbrella into the extension
bar and fold the lever down to fix the umbrella
pole.
Notes on use

Avoid placing the beach umbrella on soft, sandy or damp ground. For
stable mounting in the ground we recommend the Westfalia earth
anchor, Art. 932137.

In case of wind or storm, close the beach umbrella and secure it
against accidental reopening (e.g. using a strap or storing in the
storage bag).
Fold down
1. First, loosen the reinforcing rods and unlock the spring latch.
2. Close the beach umbrella carefully.
Cleaning
 Clean the umbrella with a dry or slightly damp cloth only to remove
loose dirt or dust.
 For heavy soiling, clean the beach umbrella with warm water and a
sponge or soft brush.
 Do not use a high-pressure cleaner to clean the beach umbrella.
