Do not toast bread slices which are wrapped in aluminium or plastic foils.

 CAUTION: bread can burn. Never use the toaster near or underneath
curtains or other flammable materials.
 Never cover the appliance during use.
Place the appliance on a level surface during use. Do not place the

appliance in a sink, on a drip board or on any inclined surface. Do not allow
the cable to hang down or to touch the toaster during use.
 Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped or otherwise damaged or if
the cable or plug are damaged. In case of damage, contact our customer
support department or a professional.
 Do not disassemble the appliance and do not try to repair it yourself. The
appliance does not contain parts serviceable by you.

Intended Use

 The device is designed to defrost or toast slices of bread, buns, bagels and
toast for domestic purpose only.
 It is not designed for processing other kinds of food or other objects. It is
not suitable for commercial or industrial use.
 Any further use or unauthorised changes (reconstruction, no original
accessories) can lead to significant danger and are meant to be not in
accordance with regulations.
