 The operating instruction belongs to this product. The operating
instruction contains important details for handling the unit. Please pass
it on along with the unit if it is handed over to a third party!
 Do not leave packaging material in the range of children. Plastic bags
etc. may become a dangerous toy for children.
 This ratchet tied down set is only intended to tie down loads. Do not
knot the belt.
 Distribute the ratchet strap evenly over the load to be secured.
 Place the ratchet strap in a way that it is not twisted and it carries with
its full width.
 Do not put any loads onto the belt of the ratchet strap.
 The unit is NOT suitable for carrying or lifting loads!
 Do not store the ratchet tie down set close to heat sources and do not
continuously expose the unit to direct sunlight.
 If the belt is worn or ripped, do not continue using the belt. The belt has
to be replaced with a new belt.
 Do not exceed the maximum load of 250 daN. Please note that due to
wind accelerating and lateral forces may occur when fastening the load
on a vehicle.
 Make sure that the fastening points on a vehicle are suitable and firm
enough to hold the load.
 The working temperature for the ratchet tie down is from -20° C to
+60° C.
 Do not pull the belt over rough and sharp edges.
 To securely fasten the load do not use the ratchet tie down with less
than 1.5 wraps on the ratchet (max. 3 wraps).
 Do not disassemble the belt and do not try to repair it yourself. The
ratchet tie down set does not contain parts serviceable by you. If any
problems occur, contact our customer service.
 The belt conforms to EN12195-2.
