The conductor colours depend on the cable type. The
information here relates to the recommended cable
type
3. Insert the wire end into the terminal according to
the pin assignment.
4. Remove the slotted screwdriver from the terminal
to securely fix the end of the wire in place.
5. Check that the wire is held firmly in place.
6. Repeat steps 1 to 5 for the ends of all wires.
7. Route the unconnected wires in such a way that
they do not hang loose at the side and possibly
cause short circuits.
8. Place the split ferrite around the CAN cable of the
SmartConnect.
