Before the start:
Touch Start/Stop. The clock reappears in the display.
After the start:
Touch Start/Stop. If the oven is already creating
steam, the clock display shows three minutes again.
Wipe the cooking compartment and dry the collection
channel in the steam oven after every use.
Always empty the water container when you have
finished cooking.
If possible, do not open the oven door while the food
is cooking.
There are exceptions for particular recipes, e.g. during
menu cooking or when the Á indicator for filling the
water container appears.
Open the oven door carefully. Steam will escape. The
cooking time stops.
Proceed as is specified in the recipe/fill the water
container and replace it. Close the oven door. Once
the set temperature is reached again, the cooking
time continues to count down.
It is normal for steam to escape now and then during
cooking.
The oven needs the last three minutes of the cooking
time for the steam to escape through the air vent
above the door.
