Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions,
damage or physical injury:
Make sure the voltage corresponds to the type label on the unit.
Never leave the unit unsupervised when in use. Keep out of reach of children
or persons in need of supervision.
To avoid personal injury, keep hands and utensils out of the rotating blades
during operation.
If the unit stops due to improper operation or if there is excessive noise, turn
power off, wait for blades to stop spinning, lift out the container and remove
the obstacle.
Do not prepare hot ingredients in the closed glass jar. Do not overfill the jar to
avoid splashing out. Before switching the blender on always place the lid onto
the glass jar.
Do not use the unit with wet hands to avoid risk of electrical shock. Never
immerse the unit in water or any other liquid.
Make sure that the unit sits steadily on a solid, level surface. Do not place the
unit in the sink, on a dish drip-tray or onto uneven surfaces. Never place the
unit near or on hot surfaces. Do not use the unit outdoors.
Switch OFF the unit and unplug from the power supply before cleaning or
when not in use. Allow the unit to cool down before cleaning and storing it.
Never move the unit by pulling the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get
caught in any way. Do not wind the cord around the unit and do not bend it.
Only use this unit for cooking applications. Keep the unit and his accessories
clean at all times as they come into direct contact with food.
Only use the unit in the way indicated in these instructions. The unit is not
designed for continuous, professional use.
Should the unit become damaged do not use it and have it repaired by a
professional or contact our customer support department.
Do not disassemble the unit and do not try to repair it yourself.
