Never use the multi-compass in situations in which pro-
fessional measuring technology is required. The multi-
compass is only suitable for hobby use.
• Never leave the packaging material lying around care-
lessly. Plastic foil or bags, styropore parts etc. could
become a dangerous toy for children..
• Servicing, adjustment or repair works may only be car-
ried out by a specialist/specialist workshop.
• Handle the apparatus carefully. It can be damaged by
falling even from a low height.
b) Handling batteries
•
Batteries have no place in children's hands
• Observe the correct polarity when inserting the batteries.
• Do not leave the batteries lying around as there is the risk
that they could be swallowed by children or domestic
pets. Find a doctor immediately if one is swallowed.
• Leaking or damaged batteries can cause alkali burns if
they come into contact with the skin; therefor use suit-
able gloves in such cases.
• Batteries may not be charged, shorted or thrown into fire.
There is a risk of explosion!

• Press the button "SET" (G) to switch between the dis-
play of the time and the date of the measurement value.
• To delete the measurement value, press the two keys
"+" (I) and "-" (N) on the rear of the multi-compass at
the same time for about two seconds until "CLR" is dis-
played. Then release the buttons.
