Prosonic Flow 92:
Save the transmitter parameters to the T-DAT (11) using the "T-DAT SAVE/
LOAD" function (Description of device functions or Operating Instructions
"Commissioning" section --> Data backup with "T-DAT SAVE/LOAD).
Measuring tube data are not transferred automatically. Manual transfer is done
using the following functions:
SUPERVISION --> SYSTEM RESET -> Option: MEASURING PIPE DATA.
Prowirl 72/73:
When replacing the amplifier, enter these parameters again:

1. Release securing collar (17).
2. Unscrew connection compartment cover (18) from the transmitter housing,
and remove seal (19).
3. Release terminal connector (8) and coupling (20), and pull I/O board (21)
out slightly.
4. Pull out connecting cable plug (22), and remove I/O board (21).
5. Unscrew electronics compartment cover (1) from the transmitter housing,
and remove seal (2).
6. Detach the display module (3) from the retaining rails.
7. Flip up plastic cover (4), and unplug the signal cable connector (5) from the
amplifier board.

8. Unplug ribbon-cable connector (6) from the amplifier board, release it from
the cable retainer, and remove display module (3).
9. Release securing screw (7) and fold down cover.
10. Release both screws (9) and pull out board holder (10).
11. Release connecting cable (23) from the I/O board (14).
There is no such board in the Prosonic Flow 92F. In this case, release the
connecting cable from the amplifier board.
Completely remove the board holder (10).
12. Press latches (11) on the side, and separate the board holder (10) from the
board body (12).
13. Release three securing screws (13), and pull out I/O board (14) (not present
in the Prosonic).
14. Release three securing screws (15), and pull out the amplifier board (16).
5 Non-Ex / Ex-i versions, II 3G, Div. 2, zone 2
1. Unscrew electronics compartment cover (1) from the transmitter housing,
and remove seal (2).
2. Detach display module (3) from the retaining rails and reattach the left-hand
side to the retaining rail on the right (the display module is thus secure).
3. Flip up plastic cover (4).
4. Unplug signal cable connector (5) from the amplifier board.
5. Remove ribbon-cable connector (6) from the amplifier board, and release it
from the cable retainer. Remove display module (3).
6. Fold plastic cover (4) back down again.
7. Release securing screw (7) and fold down cover.
8. Pull terminal connector (8) out of the I/O board.
9. Release both screws (9) and pull out board holder (10).
10. Press latches (11) on the side, and separate the board holder (10) from the
board body (12).
11. Release three securing screws (13) and pull out the I/O board (14).
12. Release three securing screws (15), pull out the amplifier board (16) and
replace.
