3. Removing the mechanism plate ass'y
(I)
Pull off the arm güide from the push-rod.
(2) Remove the cueingwire @ , auto-cut l ever
cycleplate@
(3) Turn the return adjusting cam
plate fixing screw
pull off the follow-up plate ass'y.
(4) Remove the microswitch from the stopper.
(5) Remove the shieldsheet f ixing screw@ (1).
(6) Remove the mechanism platefixing screws O
4. Installation
and adjustment
(1) Install the motor pulley so that the gap at the top
of the motor is approx. 2 mm.
(2) Adjust with the shift arm adjusting screw so that
gap in the vertical direction
and the speed changeover guide is as shown in
Fig. 4
when the speed is 33 rpm. Check that the
vertical gap between the belt and the speed change-
over guide is 0.4 mm or more when the speed is 45
rpm.

Lubrication
The
motor
requires
