Inserting the Suction Hose
1. To connect the suction hose (13), insert the suction hose adaptor (12) in the
suction opening (1), until it locks.
2. In Order to remove the hose, press both suction hose locking buttons (11)
simultaneously and pull the hose (13) out.
Inserting the Telescope Tube
1. Slide the suction hose handle (14) in the suitable opening of the telescope
tube (16) as far as it will go, until it snaps into place.
2. To extend the telescope tube, press the lock button on the telescope tube.
Keep the lock button pressed to adjust the length of the telescope tube. If you
release the lock button, the telescope tube locks in this position.
Inserting the Carpet/Floor-Brush
1. Insert the carpet/floor-brush (17) as far as it will go
into the opening of the telescope tube.
2. Press the foot pedal in direction A to clean hard
floor. In order to suck carpets, press the foot pedal
in direction B.
Power Cord
1. Do not extend the power cord any further than the yellow warning mark.
2. To retract the power cord, press the cord rewinding button (8) on top of the
motor unit. Hold the cord lightly to enable the cord to rewind easily.
Switching On and Off
Switch the vacuum cleaner only with the ON/OFF switch (6) on and off and not by
pulling the power plug.
Suction Control on the Telescope Tube
The suction control (15) allows you to reduce the suction power for cleaning sen-
sitive surfaces. The bigger the opening is, the lower the power. The smaller the
opening or completely closed, the higher the suction power.
