1.2 Löschen des RAMs und EEPROMs
Achtung:
Mit dieser Funktion wird das EEPROM gelöscht und initialisiert. Der
kundenspezifische Senderspeicher und das interne Prozessor-RAM
werden ebenfalls gelöscht (ausgenommen Laufwerkparameter und
Optionen).
Aufruf der RAM- und EEPROM-Löschfunktion
– Auf der Fernbedienung Taste "CODE" drücken
– Zahlenfolge 4 9 3 7 eingeben
– Taste G drücken.
Hinweis:
Nach dem Löschen bzw. dem Tausch des EEPROMs muß das Gerät
neu abgeglichen werden (siehe Abgleich, Kap. 3).
Nach dem Tausch des EEPROMs ist zusätzlich die Optionscodeein-
gabe erforderlich.
1.3 Löschen der kundenspezifischen Daten
Achtung:
Mit dieser Funktion werden alle kundenspezifische Daten (Uhrzeit,
Sendertabelle, Timer-Daten, ...) gelöscht. Die gerätespezifischen
Daten bleiben erhalten.
Aufruf der Löschfunktion
Während dem Anschließen des Gerätes an das Netz eine Gerätetaste
mindestens 5s drücken.
1.4 Dauerlaufprüfung
Die Dauerlaufprüfung ist im Servicetestprogramm integriert. Diese hilft
Fehler zu finden, die sporadisch auftreten. Ein erkannter Fehler wird
im EEPROM gespeichert und bleibt erhalten, auch wenn das Gerät
vom Netz getrennt wird.
Aufruf der Dauerlaufprüfung
– Cassette einschieben.
– Dauerlaufprüfung im Servicetestprogramm starten mit einer der
Tasten K, T oder Y.
Anschließend durchläuft das Gerät die Dauerlaufprüfung entspre-
chend dem folgenden Schema.
Beenden der Dauerlaufprüfung
– Auf der Fernbedienung Taste A drücken oder Gerät vom Netz
trennen.

1.2 Erasing the RAM and EEPROM
Attention:
This function erases and initializes the EEPROM. The customised
station memory and the internal processor RAM are also erased (with
the exception of tape deck parameters and options).
Calling up the RAM and EEPROM Erase Function
– Press the "CODE" button on the remote control
– Enter the numbers 4 9 3 7 sequentially
– Press the G button.
Note:
After the EEPROM has been cleared or replaced the video recorder
must be realigned (see Adjustment, chapter 3).
Additionally, on replacement of the EEPROM, the option code must be
entered.
1.3 Erasing the Customised Data
Warning:
This function erases all customised data (clock time, station table,
timer data, ...). The specific data of the machine is not affected by this
function.
Calling up the Erase Function
Press any button on the video recorder for 5s at least while connecting
it to the mains.
1.4 Continuous Operation Test
The continuous operation test is part of the service test programme and
is used to find out occasionally occurring faults. The fault is stored in
the EEPROM and is saved even if the VCR is disconnected from the
mains.
Calling up the Continuous Operation Test
– Insert a cassette.
– Start the continuous operation test in the service test programme by
pressing one of the buttons K, T or Y.
The video recorder is then subjected to the continuous operation test
as shown in the diagram below.
Terminating the Continuous Operation Test
– Press the A button on the remote control or disconnect the video
recorder from the mains.
