"Low water" indicator lamp
• The indicator lamp is
activated when the water in
the reservoir has been
used up. Once the reservoir
has been refilled, the lamp
goes off and you can
continue immediately.
Steam quantity regulation
• Using the steam quantity
regulation, you can adjust
the steam emission
according to your prefe-
rences.
Operation mode
selector
Position:
A - Appliance is switched off
B - Appliance is switched on
- for dry ironing
- board heating is on
C - Active steam extraction
- for dry ironing
- board heating is on
- for steam ironing
D - Active blower function
- for dry ironing
- board heating is on
- for steam ironing
Heat up steam boiler
Selector on position B, the steam
ironing station is ready for use.
Active steam extraction
Selector on position C. The
clothes are fixed during the iron-
ing process and the cover of the
ironing board stays dry.
Active blower function
Selector on position D. This allows
you to iron delicate fabrics, such
as velvet and silk.
Steam iron
• Adjust temperature control
(F) to desired temperature.

Once the indicator lamp on
the steam iron (E) has
switched itself off, the
steam iron is ready for use.
• Press switch (G) for steam
emission.
Continuous steam emission:
- Press switch and move
backwards. The switch
locks into place, and steam
is emitted. Move the switch
forwards again to turn the
steam emission off.
Steam emission in batches:
- Press switch forwards.
Steam is emitted as long as
you press the switch.

Steam ironing

Please note that steam ironing is
only possible in position C or D
of the operation mode selector.
Risk of burns:

Hot sole plate.
• All fabrics can be steam
ironed. Adjust the tempera-
ture control of the steam
iron within the notched
range. Iron fabrics, such as
cotton or linen, at position
!!!/MAX.
Delicate imprints or fabrics
should be ironed on the
reverse or according to the
manufacturer's specificati-
ons. You can also use our
anti-stick sole plate (optio-
nal accessory).
Note: If condensation water has
accumulated in the line or the
water in the steam boiler has not
yet reached the required tempe-
rature, drops of water may be
emitted along with steam. For this
reason, direct the first burst of
steam at a separate piece of
cloth.
• If the "low water" indicator
lamp flashes, please refill
water - see Chapter "Filling
the water reservoir".
• If you want to take a short
break or have finished your
work, please place the
steam iron on the rest. Be
sure to switch off the steam
release first.
Risk of burns: The alumi-

nium parts of the rest beco-
me hot after longer periods
of use - please be careful!
Notes - steam ironing
Iron dark and strong colou-
red clothes inside out to
preserve their brightness.
Different ways of working
and the various types of
material mean that the
quantity of steam has to be
adjusted accordingly. Trial
and error is recommended
here.
Steam ironing protects the
environment. You do not
have to spray or starch the
clothes before ironing.

Dry ironing

Dry ironing is possible in position
B, C or D.
Adjust the temperature of
the iron according to the
garment you want to iron.
