Luftschlauch montieren
Für einen optimalen Sitz im Luftanschluss, ist es
notwendig, die Pneumatikschläuche mit einem
Schlauchschneider rechtwinklig abzuschneiden.
• Druckluftversorgung abstellen.
• Luftschlauch in den Steckanschluss des Antriebs
schieben:
federschließend – Anschluss NC
federöffnend – Anschluss NO
• Druckluftversorgung wieder freigeben.
Elektrischer Anschluss
GEFAHR
Elektroarbeiten dürfen nur von qualifizierten Personen
durchgeführt werden. Vor jedem elektrischen Anschlie-
ßen die erlaubte Betriebsspannung überprüfen.
Einbau- und Betriebsvorschriften für die Verwendung
im Ex-Bereich beachten!
• Kabel durch Kabelverschraubung ziehen und im
Anschlusskopf T.VIS V-1/P-1 entsprechend
Anschlussplan anschließen.
Inbetriebnahme
• Sicherstellen, dass sich keine artfremden Gegenstände
im System befinden.
• Ventilblock durch Ansteuern mit Druckluft einmal
schalten.
• Vor der ersten Produktfahrt das Rohrleitungssystem
reinigen.
• Während der Inbetriebnahme regelmäßig kontrollie-
ren, ob alle Dichtstellen frei von Leckage sind. Defekte
Dichtungen austauschen.

Installing the air hose
To ensure optimum fit in the air connector, the pneu-
matic hoses must be cut square with a hose cutter.
• Shut-off the compressed air supply.
• Push air hose into the plug type connection of the
actuator.
Spring-to-close – connection NC
Spring-to-open – connection NO
• Re-open the compressed air supply.
Electrical Connections
DANGER
Only allow qualified personnel to make electrical
connec tions. Prior to making electrical connections
check the maximum permissible operating voltage.
Observe the installation and operating instructions wit-
hin potentially explosive areas!
• Pull the cable through the cable gland and connect it
in the control module T.VIS V-1/P-1 according to the
wiring diagram.
Commissioning
• Make sure that no foreign materials are enclosed in
the system.
• Actuate the valve bloc once by applying compressed
air.
• Prior to the first product run clean the pipe system.
• During commissioning, regularly check all sealings
for leakage. Replace defective seals.
