DT-Mobil PRO ST and PE:

Explanations on recurrent checks and
inspections
The CEMO PRO ST and PRO ST COMBI must be
inspected in accordance with ADR 6.5.4.4.1 a) at
intervals of not more than 5 years. This inspection
must check conformity to type, including the label-
ling as well as the internal and external condition
and the correct operation of the operating equip-
ment, and must satisfy the responsible authority.
The tank must also be inspected in accordance
with ADR 6.5.4.4.1 b) at intervals of at most two
and a half years. This inspection must check the
external condition and correct operation of the
operating equipment and must satisfy the responsi-

ble authority.
In accordance with ADR 6.5.4.4.2, all metal IBCs
for transporting liquid substances must be sub-
jected to an initial inspection (i.e. before the IBC is
used for transportation for the first time) following
repair and leak testing at intervals of at most two
and a half years.
8. Taking out of service/
decommissioning

8.1.1 Decommissioning
1. First, drain the tank completely (by means of
the pump via the delivery hose and delivery
nozzle).
2. Disassemble the DT-Mobile into its constituent
parts.
3. Sort accordingly by material.
4. Dispose of in compliance with local regulations.
Danger
of environmental contamination through
residues in the tank.
Collect these residues separately and
dispose of them in compliance with local
environmental regulations.
