Android
Without any training signal for 4 minutes, the computer switches off
automatically.
When an exercise signal is received, the computer turns on automatically.
Set a countdown for time, distance or calorie. Press MODE to select the
variable, then press SET to adjust the value. Start your training. When the
target value is reached, an alarm sounds.
Install a Training App. Then turn on your bluetooth and connect your device
with the rowing machine.
