CAUTION
Store the safety instructions with care and hand them over to the users.

PURPOSE OF USE

- The tyre bead seater can only be used for the following purpose:
• Mounting tyres onto rims.
- The air compact impact wrench must not be used for the following operations
• Any use other than above.
• The tyre bead seater must not be used as a compressed air tank.
• Do not use in environments containing potentially explosive atmospheres.
• Do not use as a blower.

WORK AREA SAFETY

Check that there are no foreign bodies in the tyre bead seater nozzle.
Do not direct the air flow at yourself, other people or animals.
Beware of small objects or slag that may be thrown by the air flow during use and cause injury
to the eyes and other parts of the body.
TOOL SAFETY
- Always wear eye and ear protection when using this instrument. If dust/debris is raised, wear a
suitable mask. Always operate the tank safely, protecting yourself and other people from potential
injury in the work area.
- Check that the tank is not under pressure before removing any fittings.
- Always check that the gauge/valve unit and the exhaust pipe are steady and damage free, to ensure
safe operation for the tank.
- DO NOT OVERFILL! Use the tank within its rated capacity, and only for the intended purposes.
Overfilling the air tanks will result in early wear, permanent damage, injury and/or hazardous situations.
- DO NOT feed from compressed gas cylinders or systems with pressure over 10 bar.
- Check the fittings for wear and damage before operating the instrument. Do not move or drag the tank
by the exhaust pipe. Store the tank empty and with the exhaust pipe turned downwards, for safety
reasons.
- If the tank should leak, throw it away immediately. DO NOT weld, or try to repair, the tank.
- Study, thoroughly understand and follow all the safety precautions and operating instructions before
operating the instrument.
