5 - DESCRIPTION OF MACHINE
5.1 Description of operating cycle
Water comes from the tank at the back of the machine via a rotary pump, passes through a pressure
relief valve set at 12 bar (1.2 MPa) and allows the boiler and exchanger to be filled. The water of the
boiler, which is heated by a resistor, heats the water in the heat exchanger, from which, by means of
a dip tube, it is sent to the group through a manually controlled valve that allows the passage of the
water for the infusion of the coffee.
