5.1.4 Switch-off condition test (RCD tripping)

In the event of the RCD tripping, it is necessary to test the
switch-off condition by:
▶ Connecting the charging coupler to a test adapter for
vehicle simulation according to EN IEC 61851-1.
▶ Performing measurement in adapter state C.
▶ Performing measurements at the test adapter's measuring
sockets of the test adapter using a suitable measuring
instrument.
▶ Checking if the values are following the selected RCD and
the network.
The RCD installed upstream must be checked at the connection
point of the charging system's supply line in the house
connection.
The RCD must comply with the national tripping regulations.

5.1.5 Integrated DC residual test

It is necessary to test the integrated DC residual current
detection by:
▶ Connecting the charging coupler to a test adapter for
vehicle simulation according to EN IEC 61851-1.
▶ Performing measurement in adapter state C.
▶ Performing measurements at the test adapter's measuring
sockets of the test adapter using a suitable measuring
instrument.
The charging system must disconnect the charging coupler
from the mains when the residual current exceeds 6 mA DC.
The fault display on the charging system must respond.

It is strictly forbidden for the user to open and interfere with the

5.2.1 Downloading app

The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store for iOS
and also the Google Play Store for Android. To benefit from the
latest function and security updates, make sure you always
have the latest version installed on your mobile device.
▶ Set up your account.
▶ Make sure to accept the Terms of use.

5.2.2 Pairing

The WLAN signal strength is sufficient to establish a connection
with the Internet. If the signal is too weak:
▶ Use a WLAN repeater.
For pairing your mobile device with the Power Charge 7000i
you must follow the following steps:
▶ Download the app.
▶ Switch off the product on the power supply's switchboard
and after two seconds, approximately, switch it back on.
▶ Wait until the status LED is blue.
As soon as the power supply is switched on, you have 20
minutes to establish a connection to the app.
▶ Loosen the two screws on the front cover and remove the
cover of the Power Charge 7000i.
▶ Move up the rubber seal.
▶ Open the app and follow the step described.
▶ Scan the QR code to pair the product.
