Possible cause
The backup battery is used
up.
Double document detection
is faulty.
The feeder is removed or
disconnected.
The hardware configuration
is no more suited to the job.
A processing error appears. Remove all the documents
Solution
Call the after-sales service.
Switch the machine off and
on. If the fault persists, you
may operate the machine
without the double docu-
ment detection.
Call the after-sales service
to bring this function again
into service.
Install or connect the
feeder. See chapter 8.3.
Modify or create a job. See
chapter 5.2.
