Description
Output of the Laser position
Output of the Laser intensity value
Output of the Laser actual speed
20 bit position data, 11 bit speed. The number
of data bits must be set to 31. Max. possible
resolution = 0.1 mm.
After the position data a toggle-bit is following.
This changes its condition (high->low or
low->high) after each SSI cycle and means,
that the position value was calculated new.
