Charging the battery

Caution! Only use the charger in dry
places.
Before first use, the battery must be charged for 5
hours.
Use only the original WOLF Garten charger
(part no. 092.61.026)!
1. Remove the battery from the device
2. Insert the battery into the charger

flashes red: Fault (e.g., battery
is too hot)

Self-discharge of the rechargeable bat-
teries! Remove the battery from the
charger once it is fully charged.

General notes on the battery:
You should observe the following points in
the interest of a long service life of the bat-
tery:
z If the voltage of the battery is low, the de-
vice shuts off automatically. The battery
must be charged in this case.
z The lithium-ion battery must be charged
before long intervals, e.g., prior to stor-
age in winter.
z If the battery is completely discharged,
the charging time is 5 hours.
z The lithium-ion battery may be charged
in any condition of charge and the charg-
ing may be interrupted at any time with-
out damaging the battery (no memory
effect).

1. Push the top of the device and the telescope
handle together
into place).
2. Hook in the safety clip at the top of the

Adjusting the working length
1. Open the quick-action lock
2. Set the desired working length

Disassembly
In order to be able to cut off branches optimally,
the garden shears may also be operated without
the telescope handle.
1. Loosen the safety clip
2. Press the latching buttons on both sides to-
gether and keep them pressed
3. Detach the top part of the device from the tel-
escope handle
Working with the garden shear

The telescope branch shear is meant to
cut branches and twigs.

z Keep the blade away from your body.
