– Never use the equipment when the motor does not have the filter cartridge or has a
damaged cartridge: the motor could wear out quickly.
– Do not reuse the filter cartridge if flaws (even minimal) or tears are found during a check.
– To clean, do not use petrol, solvents, or any other type of flammable product.
– To clean, do not use jets of compressed air with a pressure of more than 2÷2,5 bar.
– Wear all the individual protection devices indicated to protect the respiratory tract
(antiinhalation mask) and eyes (glasses).
Proceed as indicated.
1 - Switch the appliance off
and leave it to cool.
2 - Open the door (A).
3 - Unscrew the knob (B) to
disassemble the cover
(C).
4 - Unscrew the ring nut (D)
and extract the filter (E)
cartridge.
5 - Clean the cover (C).
6 - Check that the seal on the
filter cartridge (E) is not
damaged and, if neces-
sary, replace it with an
original replacement (see
"changing the air filter").
To carry out a check,
shine light on the filter
cartridge with a lamp
and verify that there are no tears or other damage to the paper membrane.
Important
Do not use a filter cartridge with any flaw, however slight.
7 - Clean the filter (E) cartridge according to the type of obstruction found (dry or humid/oily).
