EINSTELLUNG DER DOSIS PRO HEKTAR - MOLLUSKIZID-RAMPE
e réglage de la dose hectare se fait à l'aide du sélecteur de variateur (A). Ce réglage dépend de l'inter-rang et du produit utilisé.
e tableau ci-contre donne des réglages indicatifs (source AGPM) qui doivent tre vérifiés sur le terrain. Pour réaliser le réglage
Pour un réglage précis réaliser un étalonnage
1 - Mettre le produit dans la trémie Microsem de droite
2 - Placer le sélecteur du variateur sur le repère 10 (desserrer la molette C déplacer puis resserrer la molette C)
3 - Poser un bac pour récupérer le produit sur les 2 sorties
4 - Faire 50 tours de roue
5 - Peser le produit récupéré sur les 2 sorties.
6 - Déterminer le repère de réglage en appliquant la formule suivante
REPÈ RE = Quantité désirée (kg/ha) x 2 inter-rangs (cm)
Si la valeur calculée est inférieure à 1 ou supérieure à 10 changer de gamme d'entraînement et refaire l'étalonnage (à partir du point n 2).
7 - Placer le sélecteur du variateur sur le repère calculé (desserrer la molette C tourner la molette C et resserrer la molette C)
Plusieurs paramètres peuvent faire varier les débits (granulométrie, hygrométrie, ...). Ils sont donc à vérifier
obligatoirement sur le terrain, par un essai préalable, afin de pouvoir rectifier le réglage, si nécessaire, pour obtenir
réellement la dose/hectare désirée.

CHANGEMENT DE GAMME D'ENTRAÎNEMENT (PIGNON 12/25)
e pignon moteur de l'entraînement Microsem est un pignon double dentures (12 et 25 dents) ce qui permet d'avoir deux gammes.
Pour changer de gamme
1 - Démonter les carters d'entraînement.
2 - Changer la position de la chaîne.
3 - Modifier la position (pignon 12 dents ou pignon 25 dents).
4 - Repositionner les carters.

For an accurate ad ustment perform a calibration
1 - Put the product in the righthand Microsem hopper.
2 - Move the variator selector to mar 10 (loosen thumb heel C turn thumb heel C and retighten thumb heel C).
3 - Use a tray to collect the product from the 2 outlets.
4 - Perform 50 heel revolutions.
5 - Weigh the product collected from the 2 outlets.
6 - Determine the ad ustment mar by applying the follo ing equation
MARK = Quantity required (kg/ha) x 2 inter-row spacings (cm)
f the value calculated is less than 1 or greater than 10 change the drive range and calibrate again (from point 2).
7 - Move the variator selector to the mar calculated (loosen thumb heel C turn thumb heel C and retighten thumb heel C)
Several parameters may cause the flow rates to vary (particle size, hygrometry, etc.). They must therefore be
checked in practice, through a prior test, so that the adjustment may be corrected, if necessary, to actually obtain the
dose/hectare required.
RIBOULEAU MONOSEM waives any liability for the adjusting of the flow rate, which is up to the user's discretion.
CHANGING THE DRIVE RANGE (12/25 SPROCKET)
The Microsem drive system's engine sproc et is a 2 tooth cluster sproc et (12 and 25 teeth) providing the option of t o ranges.
To change the range
1 - Remove the drive casings.
2 - Change the position of the chain.
3 - Alter the position (12 tooth sproc et or 25 tooth sproc et).
4 - Refit the casings.
