To operate the product with the handlebar
BMG 780 RC
CAUTION:
time while you operate the product. If you
do not move the product, the surface can
become rough.
1. Stay behind the product and hold the handlebar with
your hands.
2. Attach the cord (A) of the operator presence control
on to your arm or to your clothing.

3. Do a check of the display.
a) Make sure that there are no errors or warnings.
b) Make sure that the product status (B) shows
"RDY". If the product status shows "STO",
the emergency stop button is engaged or the
operator presence control is removed.
4. Turn the emergency stop button (C) clockwise
to make sure that the emergency stop button is
disengaged.
5. Turn the speed adjustment for grinding discs (E)
counterclockwise to decrease the grinding disc
speed to minimum.
6. Push the button (H) to change the direction of
rotation of the grinding discs.
7. Push the start button (D).
8. Turn the speed adjustment for grinding discs (E)
clockwise or push the button (F) to increase the
grinding disc speed.
9. Turn the speed adjustment for grinding discs (E)
counterclockwise or push (G) to decrease the
grinding disc speed.
To operate the product with the remote
control, manually BMG 780 RC
WARNING:
see the product at all times when you
operate it with the remote control. The
operation range of the remote control makes
it possible to move the product also when
you cannot see it. Risk of injury and
damage.

2. Turn the switch for remote control operation to
"LOC".

3. Do a pairing operation of the remote control. Refer to

4. Attach the belt with remote control around your
waist.
5. Push the ON/OFF button (A) to start the remote
control.

6. Push the reset/connection button (B) for 2 seconds
and push the left/right grinding motor switch (C) up
and down.
7. Turn the "SPEED" control for grinding motor (D)
counterclockwise to decrease the grinding motor
speed to minimum.
8. Push "START" button (E) to start the grinding
operation.
