6.3 Replacement of spare parts (See as well the spare part drawing of your pump)

6.3.1 In- and outlet valves

Screw out the fittings with a wrench width 17(Fig. 7/8)
Screw out the valves with a wide screw driver (Fig. 9-11) (Do not damage the screw thread!) Please
note that the SS pump head includes PTFE displacers. It is used for a reduction of the clearance vol-
ume.
Screw in new valves (Fig. 11-9). See the right direction (red: entrance– black: exit). Please use the
special tool (Part.Nr.42 02 025; Fig. 14) for screwing in valves, which are made of PCTFE for a
maximum temperature of 140°C.
Screw in the fittings with a wrench width 17 (Fig. 12/13). Check tightness. Damaged seals from
stainless steel fittings should be replaced.

6.3.2 Replacement of the O-rings of the bypass valve (Not part of every pump)
Loosen the screws left and right of the knob and remove valve carefully. Replace the O-ring and reassemble
the valve.
