9. Remove packaging and display stand

The product is secured to the packaging and display stand with screws. Use a suitable crosshead screwdriver to
remove:
• packaging screws.
• stand screws.
The packaging and display stand screws are the same size. Keep the packaging screws as spares.

10. Insert batteries

a) Transmitter battery compartment
• Insert 4x AA batteries matching polarities as shown inside the compartment.
• Low battery when status indicator is: red/green flashing.
b) Sailboat battery compartment
Important:
• The sailboat does not have a low battery indicator. Runtime is approx. 1 hr with new batteries inserted. It is
recommended to replace the batteries after 45 minutes of use.
• Be careful not to damage the sail control lines when opening and closing the battery compartment cover.

1. Open the battery compartment by rotating the
hatch lock 1 90°.
2. Insert 3x AAA batteries matching polarities as
shown inside the compartment.
3. Close the compartment:

- Insert the tab into the slot 2 .
- Lower the back cover all the way down 3 .
- Rotate the hatch 1 90° to close.
