Charging a battery

Point the terminal side of the battery downward, and insert the battery fully into the
product as shown below.
R Charge the battery in
environments with an ambient
temperature of 10 °C to 35 °C
(50 °F to 95 °F).
R When charging starts, the
indicator turns on. (Charging
status: page 10)
R When removing the battery, pull
out the battery straight in the
direction opposite of that when it
was inserted.
R Do not insert the battery at an angle. It may
damage the charging terminals.
n Removing/inserting a slot spacer
To remove a slot spacer, put your finger on
the indentation of the slot spacer and pull it
out of the product.
To insert a slot spacer, insert it all the way in.
