CAUTION
Make sure that the guided slide is not clamped too tightly!
•
1. Clamp the guided slide into a vise, with the non-locating
bearing side facing up.
2. Alternately tighten the support screws (item 8) until the guide
rail runs without play in the guided slide.
3. Next, secure the cylindrical screws (5). unscrewing the screws
one by one and securing each one with a lock washer and
locking liquid. The screws must be tightened to a torque of 9
Nm.
4. Alternately tighten the support screws (8) to 0.6 Nm until you
cannot screw them in any further. Use locking liquid.
5. Now the displacement force must be between 3 N and 6 N
(without motor – if necessary, uninstall motor).
