 Fix the bracket (with angle) for the upper shaft

 Place the carbon filter onto the
air intake of the extraction duct.
Make sure that the mounting
pins on the extraction duct engage the mounting
slots of the carbon filter. Turn the filter clockwise
until it clicks into place.
 Reinstall the aluminum grease filter.
Electrical connection
WARNING:
 The installation to the mains supply must conform
to the local standards and regulations.
 Improper connection may cause to an electric
shock!
 Do not modify the appliance plug. If the plug does
not fit properly to the outlet, let install a proper
outlet by an authorized specialist.

Startup / Operation

Operation is partly possible in two ways:
via function buttons (touch control) and

via motion sensors

After connecting to the power supply, all buttons and
the display light up for about 2 seconds, after that the
appliance switches to standby mode.
Function buttons / Function description
Button backlight
The button illumination indicates the activation of the
respective function button and goes out as soon as
the function button has been deactivated.
Operation on / off
Press the button to open the glass cover. The light
will automatically switch on and the unit will initially
operate at low speed.
Press the button again to close the glass cover. Op-
eration stops and the unit returns to standby mode.
Lighting on / off
Button to switch the lighting on or off.
The lighting can be operated independently of the
operation, so with closed glass cover too.
