5.5 Termina�on of the opera�on
• The pump regula�on must be in „AUS / OFF" posi�on.
• The pressure release valve must be open.
• The test specimen and, if required, the reference instrument can now be disassembled
(unscrewed) by hand.
• Close open pressure ports P1 and/or P2 with the cover caps to prevent dirt or dust
from entering open pressure ports.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning
The surfaces of the electric calibra�on pressure test pump must be wiped with a damp cloth (only
slightly moistened with clear water without added cleaning agents!)

6.2 Maintenance

6.2.1 Fuse replacement

Next to the jack socket for the power supply unit is the access to the
fuse for the power supply on the back of the device.
• Open the fuse socket using a suitable flat-blade srcewdriver by
turning it counterclockwise.
• Carefully pull out the fuse socket with the glass fuse.
• Carefully change the fuse
( glass fuse 5 x 20 m
• Carefully push the fuse socket with the new glass fuse back into the device and close it by turning
it clockwise using a suitable flat-blade screwdriver.
