USING THE ATTACHMENTS
Dough kneading attachment (14)
• Use the attachment (14) to knead yeast dough or
short pastry, to stir minced meat, etc.
• Mix dry ingredients at a low speed, while kneading
the dough, periodically increase or decrease the
attachment (14) rotation speed by turning the
operation mode switch knob (4).
Mixing attachment (13)
• You can use the attachment (13) to knead pancake
or biscuit dough or to make mashed potatoes. Adjust
the attachment (13) rotation speed by turning the
operation mode switch knob (4).
Beater (12)
• Use the beater (12) for whipping cream, egg whites,
puddings, cocktails, cream, mayonnaise, sauces and
mixing liquid foods. Set the operation mode switch
knob (4) to the maximum attachment (12) rotation
speed.
