These instructions describe the installation, commissioning, function and the operation of
the 2-line solar station DN 20. For other components of the installation, such as the pump,
the collectors or the storage tank, please observe the separate instructions.

For the product selection, observe the information on the following page.
The station is a premounted group of fittings checked for tightness and used to circulate the
solar fluid in the solar circuit. It is mounted on a wall bracket and fixed with clips. The station
contains important valves, fittings and safety devices for the operation of the installation:
Version with Wilo pump (KBN: C2SSZSTG): Wilo high-efficiency pump
with PWM control* or optionally adjustable constant rotation speed**
Ball valves in the flow and return line with exchangeable spindle
Check valves in the flow and return ball valves
Thermometer in the flow and return
Pressure gauge to display the system pressure
Flow meter to display the flow rate
Ball valve to shut off the pump
Solar pressure relief valve
Permanent vent valve for an easy venting
Flush and fill valves
* A controller which is equipped with a (solar) PWM output for the revolution speed control is
mandatory for the operation of the high-efficiency pump.
** The operation of the high-efficiency pump with optional PWM control is also possible with a
controller without PWM output. Please observe the information on page 4 on this topic!
Read the flow rate at the inspection glass of the flow meter:
Scale:
0.5-15 l/min
