3. Place the potato masher attachment onto the motor unit in such a way that the arrow
marked on the motor unit is opposite the opened lock symbol.
4. Turn the motor unit in the direction of the closed lock symbol until the potato masher
attachment locks in place and the arrow marked on the motor unit points to the closed
lock symbol.
5. Connect the device to a properly installed and easily accessible mains socket.
6. Hold button I or button II pressed down to switch on the device. If necessary, manually
adjust the speed using the speed controller.
7. Move the device slowly up and down until the consistency of the food is as you want
it to be.
8. After use: Let go of button I or button II and pull the plug out of the plug socket. Clean
the device and accessories in the manner described in the "Cleaning and Storage"
chapter.

Use With Whisk Attachment

• The whisk is suitable for:
– beating egg white or whipping cream,
– making desserts (e.g. chocolate mousse, vanilla pudding),
– stirring mixtures (e.g. for pancakes or sponge cakes).
• To achieve the best results, use a large bowl.
• To prevent accidental splashing, always place the whisk into the bowl con-
taining the food or liquid fi rst before you switch on the device.
1. Pour the mixture, cream, eggs etc. into a tall mixing bowl.
2. First place the adapter for the whisk attachment onto the motor unit in such a way that
the arrow marked on the motor unit is opposite the opened lock symbol.
3. Turn the motor unit in the direction of the closed lock symbol until the adapter locks
in place and the arrow marked on the motor unit points to the closed lock symbol.
4. Insert both whisks into the adapter.
Only ever use the device when both whisks have been inserted into the
adapter!
5. Connect the device to a properly installed and easily accessible mains socket.
6. Hold button I or button II pressed down to switch on the device. If necessary, manually
adjust the speed using the speed controller.
7. Move the device with slow, circular movements.
8. After use: Let go of button I or button II and pull the plug out of the plug socket. Clean
the device and accessories in the manner described in the "Cleaning and Storage"
chapter.

Use Of Double Blade

The double blade is particularly suitable for chopping up raw and cooked food
(e.g. fruit, vegetables, nuts, herbs). Make sure that the cooked food has cooled
down suffi ciently before you carry on processing it with the device.
