COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS

Computer shows actual exercise time (max. 99:59 Min.). When no target
value has been entered, the time will count up from 0:00.
The computer shows the current speed in the display (km or miles per
hour).
The workout distance is displayed here (max. 99.9 km / miles).
The currently burned calories are displayed here (0-999 kcal).
The computer is showing the user's heart rate in beats per minute. For
a correct display please ensure that you fully grasp the hand sensors.
It may last up to 2 minutes before the pulse frequency will be measured
correctly.
Displays the rounds per minute (0-999).
Select function value or increase any input value.
Select function value or decrease any input value.
Confirm setting or selection.
Press and hold button for min. 2 seconds to reset all data
Press to go back to main menu.
During exercise, press the button to STOP exercise.
During stop mode, press the button to START exercise.
