Inbetriebnahme und Netzteil
Für masterstream 6580
Die Turbelle masterstream 6580 verwendet ein
®
Industrie-Netzteil für DIN-Schienenmontage. Dieses
ist mit einem robustem Metallgehäuse ausgestattet,
schock- und vibrationsgeschützt und daher auch für raue
und schwierige Industrieumgebungen geeignet.
Vor Inbetriebnahme muss zuerst das Netzteil von einem
Elektrofachmann installiert und angeschlossen werden:
Netzteil in einen gut belüfteten Raum auf DIN-Schiene
befestigen. Der Raum muss wassergeschützt sein!
Eingangspannung und Erdung verdrahten (7).
Ausgangspannung bis zur Pumpe verdrahten (8), dazu
mitgeliefertes Kabel verwenden, Polung gut beachten!
Die Ausgangsspannung kann mit einer Einstellschraube
an einigen Netzteilen von z.B. 24 bis 28 V (6515.240)
(9) eingestellt werden. Eine Erhöhung der Spannung
führt zu einem stärkeren Wasserdurchfluss. Achtung,
dadurch steigt die elektrische Leistungsaufnahme!
Initial operation and power supply unit
For masterstream 6580
Turbelle masterstream 6580 uses an industrial power
®
supply unit for installation to DIN rails. It is fitted with
a robust metal housing, which is shock and vibration
proof, and for this reason suitable for harsh industrial
environments.
Prior to initial operation, the power supply unit has to be
installed and connected by an authorised electrician:
Mount the power supply unit to a DIN rail in a well-
ventilated space. The space has to be waterproof!
Wire the input voltage and the earth connection (7).
Wire the output voltage to the pump (8), using the cable
supplied along with the unit. Observe polarity!
In some power supply units the output voltage can be
adjusted from 24 V to 28 V (6515.240) (9), for example.
Increased voltage will result in increased flow. Please
note, that the wattage consumption will increase as well.

Le Turbelle masterstream 6580 utilise une alimentations
®
industrielle à montage sur rail DIN. Il est dotée d'un
boîtier robuste en métal, est protégée contre les chocs et
les vibrations et est ainsi apte à une utilisation dans des
conditions environnementales très sévères.
Avant sa mise en service, cette alimentation doit être
auparavant installée et raccordée par un électricien
qualifié :
Installez l'alimentation sur un rail DIN, dans un endroit
bien aéré et à l'abri des éclaboussures d'eau !
Câblez l'arrivée de courant et la mise à la terre (7).
Câblez la sortie de l'alimentation vers la pompe (8) avec
le câble fourni. Bien observer les polarités !
Sur certains modèles, la tension de sortie est ajustable à
l'aide d'une vis de réglage de 24 à 28 V (6515.240). Une
augmentation de la tension d'alimentation entraîne une
augmentation du débit de sortie. Attention, augmentation
de la puissance consommée !
