Режим "PROFILING"

В данном разделе подробно описаны специальные
функции режима ПРОФИЛЬ.
Значок на рис. 7-20 означает, что режим ПРОФИЛЬ
активирован. Станок работает в автоматическом
режиме.
В режиме ПРОФИЛЬ станок автоматически получает
все
необходимые
оператору не нужно вводить какие-либо параметры
перед началом измерительного цикла.
Представленная ниже информация касается только
специальных для данного режима функций.
Для
ознакомления
режима см. раздел 4 "Элементы управления".
При включении станка отображается начальный экран.
После установки и зажима колеса автоматически
появляется окно (рис. 7-20).
Во время измерительного цикла выводится окно,
как на рис. 7-22, а в конце цикла веса грузов могут
отображаться в виде:
- рекомендуемых (желтого цвета)
или
- альтернативных (серого цвета) в нижней части –
места их установки, куда направлен лазерный
указательный луч (1, Рис. 7-23).
Если
включен
счетчик
измерительного цикла будет отображаться значок как на
рис. 7-22a.
Другие возможные места установки грузиков в
соответствии с конфигурацией обода обозначаются
серым цветом.
Примечание:
Станок
сохраняет
грузов и в дальнейшем автоматически их
предлагает для колес с такими же размерами.

"PROFILING" Mode
The following instructions describe the specific functions
of the wheel balancer in PROFILING mode.
The icon shown in fig. 7-20 indicates the PROFILING mode
is active. The unit operates in Automatic Mode.
When the "PROFILING" mode is set with the set up panel,
the machine performs the automatic wheel data reading

procedure and the user does not have to perform any
setting before the measuring run.
This section sets out the specific functions of the
"PROFILING" mode and only the Menu items that refer to
this mode.
For information about the other items and icons, refer to
the basic chapter "4. Control Elements".
The balancer displays the start screen at power-on.
The screen in fig. 7-20 appears automatically on the monitor
after clamping the wheel.
During the wheel measuring run the screen in fig. 7-22
appears and at the end the weights shown can be:
- suggested (yellow)
or
- possible alternatives (grey) in the 6 o-clock zone, precisely
where the laser beam indicates they should be applied
(1, Fig. 7-23).
If the Spokes Count is active, the icon in fig. (Fig. 7-22a)

The possible application of the weights in ways other than
that suggested by the machine is indicated by the grey
weights in the positions compatible with the rim
configuration detected.
Note:
The change in the position of the weight is saved by
the machine, then automatically suggested for all
subsequent wheels with the same dimensions. The

selection is deleted when the machine is switched
off.
