• The appliance is not charged up. Put it back on charge.
• The device is not being properly charged: make sure the cord is
connected to the device and that the power socket works (the indica-
tor light located on the handle should be activated).
• Check that the charging cord is disconnected from the device. If
this is not the case, disconnect, turn the power button to position 0
and then restart.
After having disconnected and reconnected the cord to the ap-
pliance, check that the charger is connected to the wall socket and
that the wall socket functions correctly.
The appliance has gone into safe mode; this may be due to overhea-
ting of the battery: in this case, slide the power button to the 0
position, unplug the charger from the appliance if necessary, leave
the equipment to cool. If the problem persists, contact your nearest
Rowenta Approved Service Centre.
• The tube or the hose are blocked: unblock the tube or hose.
• The separator is clogged: remove the dust compartment and clean
the dust separator.
• The hose or tube are partially blocked: unblock them.
• The dust compartment is full: empty it and clean it.
• The dust compartment is poorly positioned: put it back properly.
• The Delta vacuum head is dirty: clean it.
• The filter foam that protects the motor is saturated: clean it.
• Dust is accumulating in the separator. Make sure nothing is bloc-
king the duct between the separator and dust compartment.
• The entrance to the dust compartment is obstructed: remove the
dust compartment and empty it. Clean the opening to the dust
compartment.
Lower the suction power using the switch.
