4. Assembly/Adjustments
4.1. Folding und Unfolding
Your new B+B wheelchair will be delivered in a B+B original cardboard
box, assembled and folded.
In order to avoid transport damage, detachable attachments are deli-
vered separately with the product.

Unfolding
•
Position the folding wheelchair next to you. (Fig. 04)
•
Tip the wheelchair toward until the weight is off one of the drive
wheels.
•
Push the seat tubes apart and push them down with the flat of
your hand, until they lock into place in the bracket on the frame
(Fig. 05).

Push the footplate down (Fig. 05).
Folding
•
Position the folding wheelchair next to you.
•
Fold the footplate up (Fig. 06, Fig. 12).
•
Undo the hook and loop fastener on the back sling (under the
seat).
•
If using a seat cushion, remove it, push the seat sling upwards and
the push the armrests together as far as this is possible (Fig. 07).

The BX 11 is fitted with a one piece, flip-up footplate (Fig. 08).
You can flip the footplate up to the side, adjust the angle and adjust it
to the lower leg length of the user.
When folding and unfolding, watch your fingers
as there is a risk of pinching
