3. Product and scope of delivery

3.1. Checking the delivered goods

All products from Bischoff und Bischoff GmbH undergo an appropriate
final inspection at our factory and the CE mark is affixed (see Chapter
3.3).
The wheelchair will be delivered in a special cardboard box. After unpa-
cking, retain the cardboard box if possible. It can be used for possible
later storage or return of the product.
Delivery and induction is usually carried out by a qualified medical
equipment retailer.
When sending by train or shipping company, the goods must be che-
cked immediately for transport damage in the presence of the forwar-
ding agent.
Check that the delivery is complete and undamaged (see Chapter 3.2).

3.2. Scope of delivery

In order to avoid transport damage, detachable attachments are deli-
vered separately with the product.
On receiving the goods, please immediately check that the delivery is
complete. The delivery consists of:
• Packing,
• Wheelchair (preassembled),
• Back cushion
• 2 legrests (for BX 11 S)
• this user manual
• any necessary accessories
