12.- As soon as steam starts to come out of the hole in the pressure regulation valve (11), the
cooker has reached the programmed pressure. Reduce the strength of the heat source.
The cooking time begins at this point.
13.- If, during the cooking process, it is noted that the pressure indicator has gone up to the red
ring, immediately reduce the pressure by rotating the pressure regulation valve (11) until it
reaches the de-steam position.
DANGER:
Escaping steam is extremely hot. Steam escapes vertically, so do not place
your hands on top of the steam outlet. Wait until the steam has fully escaped.
14.- After the cooking time, remove the pot from the heat, wait until there is no more steam
coming out of the steam outlet and the locking/lid (12) valve has lowered.
15.- Press the horizontal open and close (6) button and turn the handle (5) in an anti-clockwise
direction, remove the lid (9) vertically to access the cooked food.
