5.5.2 Pressure line with the Kompaktboy 3.0

The sewage check valve, which is required according to pertinent regulations, has to be
mounted in the lifting unit Kompaktboy Double 3.0 in the form of two supplied ball check
valves in grey-cast iron.
Mounting of the left ball check valve is described in the following. Mounting of the right ball
check valve is carried out analogously.
5.5.2.1 Putting on the ball check valves

Kompaktboy Double
1. Insert the supplied seal rings (O-Ring DN 100)
into the groove of the pressure outlet of the
collecting tank.
2. Insert the threaded bolt (M16x60) into hole 1
3. Put on the supplied ball check valve. While
doing so, arrange the holes/threaded hole
congruently.
4. Screw the nut (M16) on the threaded bolt 1.
5. Screw in the 3 screws M16x40 and
tighten the 4 screw connections equally cross-
wise.
