Managing e-mail accounts

Adding a new mailbox:
(1) Open the e-mail application and tap the menu button
"Accounts" to get a list of already configured mailboxes.
(2) Tap the menu button again
(3) Follow the setup wizard to create a new mailbox.
Deleting a mailbox:
(1) Open the e-mail application and tap the menu button
item "Accounts" to get a list of already configured mailboxes.
(2) Tap and hold your finger on the mailbox to be deleted until an info box appears.
(3) Tap briefly on the menu item "Remove Account", and confirm your selection by briefly tapping
"OK".
Checking account features:
(1) Open the e-mail application and tap the menu button
item "Accounts" to get a list of already configured mailboxes.
(2) Tap and hold your finger on the mailbox until an information field appears.
(3) Now tap briefly on the menu item "Account Settings" and all e-mail settings for this account will be
displayed. Now you can edit these settings

Viewing e-mail messages

Open the e-mail application by briefly tapping the e-mail icon. The mailbox you already created is
displayed.
 You can scroll through your e-mail with a vertical sweeping motion.
 Tap briefly on a particular e-mail to open it.
 Tap and hold your finger on a particular e-mail in order to display more options – an info box will
be displayed. You can now open, reply, forward or delete the e-mail.

Writing e-mail messages

(1) Tap in the e-mail display on the menu button
(2) Enter the e-mail address of the recipient, a subject and the text in the boxes provided.
(3) Tap "Send" to submit the e-mail. Tap "Save as draft" to save the entered e-mail as a draft. If you tap
"Delete", the currently valid e-mail will be removed.
(4) Tap while writing an e-mail on to the menu button
can add a "Cc/Bcc", again choose between "Send", "Save as Draft" and "Delete", as well as "Add
Attachment".
