GUIDANCE FOR USE

• Pull Up Mate is designed to be used as a portable piece of exercise
equipment, which when part or fully erected, enables bodyweight training.
• Pull Up Mate is designed to be used both indoors and outdoors, but if used
outdoors for extended periods of time please be aware that corrosion and
rusting may develop. Please ensure that the rubber caps are fitted when using
the product outdoors.
• Pull Up Mate is designed to be used on an even surface only. If the floor
surface is not even then instability may be experienced by the user.
•The product should only be used when fully assembled. Do not use the
product if any of the parts or locking pins are missing.
•Pull Up Mate is designed for domestic use and should not be classed as
commercial gym equipment.
• It is not advisable that the product is used by children or persons under the
age of 16 years.
•Only one person should use the product at any one time.
• It is advisable that you do not attempt to jump at the bar or to swing from
it.
• If you have a diagnosed medical condition or an injury, please consult a
doctor before use.
• Pull Up Mate should only be used for regular exercises highlighted in this
booklet. Should Pull Up Mate be used for other exercises, this is done entirely
at the user's own risk.
• The maximum weight of the user should be no more than 110kg.
