TROUBLE SHOOTING

CAUSE
- Non-powered tool
- Tie rod does not correctly fit the
rivet nut
- Lack of oil
- Incorrect tie rod
- Unfiltered and unlubricated air
- Worn gaskets
- Oil filler cap not tightened
- Incorrect positioning of the
feeding tube
- Worn gaskets
- Breaks on the riveting machine
body
- Air leaking from the motor
- Air pressure too low
- Air flow is blocked
- Not correct thread pitch
- Tie rod is not correctly installed
- Worn or damaged tie rod
- Excessive stroke
- Excessive pressure
- Lateral load on the tie rod

SOLUTIONS
- Connect the riveting tools to the
compressed air
- Check correct matching and
adherence of rivet nut and tie rod
threads.
- Top up oil
- Install correct tie rod
- Equip yourself with lubricator
filter assembly
- Contact the service center
- Tighten correctly
- Position the feeding tube correctly
- Contact the service center
- Contact the service center
- Check sealing' worn status and if
necessary, replace them
- Increase air pressure
- Remove cause of blockage
- Replace tie rod and head
- Install correctly the tie rod
- Replace the tie rod
- Decrease stroke
- Decrease pressure
- Keep the tool in axis
