Reparaturen Extensionstischplatte 114020

Austausch des Extensionsholmes
Zugspindelaggregat (3), Stützstangen (4) und Beinplatten (5) entfernen.
Gewindestift (6) herausdrehen ( Anschlagschraube der Feststellmutter)
Durch Öffnen der Feststellmutter (7) Spannstück (8) nach oben herausnehmen.
Extensionsholm (2) austauschen.
Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge
Einstellung der Feststellmutter prüfen ggf. neu einstellen.

Austausch der Gleitscheiben ( 11 / 12 ) am Drehgelenk A
Zugspindelaggregat (3), Stützstangen (4) und Beinplatten (5) entfernen.
Gewindestift (6) herausdrehen ( Anschlagschraube der Feststellmutter)
Durch Öffnen der Feststellmutter (7) Spannstück (8) nach oben herausnehmen.
Extensionsholm (2) entfernen.
4 Schrauben (9) entfernen.
Stützscheibe ( 10 ) mit Feststellmutter nach unten wegnehmen.
Achtung:
Einbaulage der Stützscheibe ( 10 ) beachten !
Gewindestift ( 6 ) ist Anschlag für Feststellmutter !
Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge
Einstellung der Feststellmutter prüfen ggf. neu einstellen.

1.7.
Replacing the traction bar (2)
Remove the screw tension device (3), the supporting bars (4), and the leg plates (5).
Remove the grub screw (6) (stop screw).
Remove the spanner (8) upward by loosening the locking nut (7).
Exchange the traction bar (2).
Adjust the locking nut (7).
1.8.
Replacing the slide washers (11/12) at hinge A
Remove the screw tension device (3) and the supporting bar (4).
Remove the grub screw (6) (stop screw).
Remove the spanner (8) upward by loosening the locking nut (7).
Remove the traction bar (2).
Remove 4 screws (9).
Remove the supporting washer (10) together with the locking nut (7) downward.
Exchange the 2 slide washers (11/12).
Reassemble in reverse order.
CAUTION:
Note the mounting position of the supporting washer (10).
The grub screw (6) works as a stop screw.
Adjust the locking nut (7).
